Transisi competed in the Decentralized Development Lab (DDLab), a 12-month incubation and acceleration programme funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, with enpact e.V. and minds&makers e.V. It gives early-stage startups coaching, expert exchange and financial support to maximise their social impact.

We gave strategic guidance on product direction, with Indonesian localised insights, and ran workshops to validate the business idea: Lean Canvas, and a Lightning Decision Jam to prioritise problems.

A tested business idea, with its pitch and positioning adjusted to set the product up for success.

We advised on product vision, to align Transisi’s solution with sustainable mobility goals. We guided business model generation, refining market positioning and fit with the programme’s objectives. Through targeted discussions we supported product strategy and roadmap development, addressing key challenges and improving the product vision.
