      We turned the ‘clean Indonesia’ vision into a north-star metric for Duitin to track: kg of waste recovered.

      Result

      Duitin reframed itself from a waste management service into a waste management, data and sustainability enterprise.

    2. Apr 2024

      Result

      Duitin launched Tradisi, a waste bank data management platform, and partnered with Ciamis regency. Its focus shifted from collecting and recycling to analysing waste data from households, businesses and regional waste banks, for actionable insight.

      Result

      Invited to pitch the model at ASEAN-Korea Startup Innovation Week 2024 in Seoul.

    4. End of 2024

      Result

      900+ tonnesof inorganic waste recovered.

      • OKR Setting Workshop

      We set a strategic focus with the team: investing in the B2B arm.

      Result

      A three-way partnership with DBS Bank. Duitin provides the waste bank platform and Ciamis regency’s waste banks use it. DBS has launched a credit card tying loyalty points to investment in the waste banks.
